Returns and Refunds
Please submit any requests for returns or refunds within 90 days of your delivery date. To start the process, simply fill out our easy-to-use "Return Order" Form below.
- Unopened Products: If you have unopened products, please ship them back to us.
- Opened or Used Products: No worries! Even if your product has been opened or used, we can still refund you if you're unsatisfied. Just fill out the "Return Order" form below.
Requirements for Returns:
- All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- Pack the item(s) securely along with the order number or original packing slip.
- After you submit the "Return Order" form below, we'll send you a complimentary return label.
Issued Refunds
We process all refunds to the original method of payment used for the purchase. After receiving your completed "Return Order" request, we'll reach out to you to process your return and/or refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges / Receiving the Wrong Item
