Yes, members pay once a year for full access into the membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership's auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting our customer support team. There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If cancelled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. You will maintain your benefits until your billing period ends. We do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.

All of HolistaPet Helps contirbutions are used for this matter. HolistaPet does not take any money back from its HolistaPet Helps program.
